- All Indian / Multi-National organizations with a registered Indian address and who conduct business / have operations in India are permitted to participate in the awards
- Participants need to complete the nomination form based on their projects executed in India, in the event they have operations both in and outside India
- Participants could nominate projects that they would have executed individually or as a part of a consortium
- Only completed projects or a phase within a project that has met the objectives it was intended to meet when commissioned would be considered. The completed project or phase must be functional
- Yes, all organizations may submit entries across multiple categories; however the project must fulfill the respective category definitions
- Yes. The award nomination should be accompanied by a CD containing information in the form of photos (.jpg, .gif, .tiff, .bmp format) / videos (.mpeg, .avi, .wma format) or valid documents that may aid in supporting the application
- Each company can submit as many nominations as it desires for the projects completed within India by them in the last five years for consideration in the Main Award Categories
